FARMERS MARKET
One of our favorite things to do in the warm spring and summer months is to pack up the van, load up the wood fired brick oven and head off to a Farmer's Market! We enjoy the opportunity to speak with people, sample fresh fruits and produce, talk with other purveyors and sample our products with the public!
We always bring along our Dressings and Marinades and sample and sell our wood fired bread. Time allowing, we'll show up with smoked potatoes, blue cheese and bacon dip, garlic feta dip or other things we might be "experimenting" with. It's a great time for us to get feed back on the foods and products we offer on a regular basis to our catering clients!
