A Chicago native, George began his career in the restaurant industry while a teen, as a dishwasher. The fast pace, pleasant customers and most importantly, "The excitement of the food...", convinced George that the Food Service industry is his calling in life. "Most people crack a book to study for a test but in culinary school I remember cracking eggs. Hundreds and hundreds of eggs preparing for my egg exam!" George completed his training and earned the title, Chef.

A devoted world traveler, George has visited over 88 countries where he has continued his education in culinary arts. From street foods to fine dining, George is a life long learner studying food trends and culture. He is passionate about sharing his food experiences with his guests.
